I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location is central, right in the heart of Trondheim, which made exploring the area quite easy. My room was modern and clean, but it was pretty small and a bit uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. The automated check-in process wasn't very convenient, especially when I had issues receiving the access code. Overall, while it offers good cleanliness and a prime location, the lack of proper service and comfort left me feeling less satisfied than I had hoped.

My stay at City Living Sentrum Hotel was quite disappointing overall. The central location is a plus for exploring Trondheim, but the cramped and poorly maintained room left much to be desired. The disorganized check-in process and terrible Wi-Fi added to the frustration, making it hard to feel at home.
